As a Board Certified Health and Wellness coach, we can work together to discuss and develop achievable goals to maximize successful change.
I have a long background in Health and Wellness. Including a Bachelors Degree from ASU in Exercise Science, and a yoga teacher training certification from Scottsdale Community College.
I have worked in Corporate Fitness, Clinical Fitness, and personal fitness training. For many years, I was passionate about competitive swimming, triathlon and half marathons.
These days I embrace hiking, biking, swimming and yoga in a more moderate manner. Most recently my passion for mind-body wellness has lead me to lead yoga classes in my community (which have been in different states and counties over the last 10 years).
I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I completed my training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, a program accredited by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. I chose SWIHA because of its holistic focus and evidence-based course materials. Assessment tools such as the Wheel of Wellness shown below, are an example of how we can assess your current state of well-being.
I am drawn to coaching as a next step in sharing my passion and knowledge in health and wellness and mindfulness practices to guide others in achieving a higher level of well being and performance in life and work.
The coach-client relationship is one of partnership. Coaching is a thought provoking and creative process that supports and inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential.
